About the Job
- Store Maintenance: Execute daily operational tasks on shelf e-commerce platforms, including accurate product listing, campaign registration, and regular page link checks.
- Data & Reporting: Collect and analyze core store metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rates), compile weekly/monthly reports, and maintain comprehensive operational archives.
- Order & Supply Chain: Manage abnormal order resolutions, monitor virtual inventory levels, and oversee the full workflow of B2B distributor orders to ensure timely delivery.
Skills and Experience Required
- Platform & Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with mainstream shelf e-commerce platforms (Tmall, Pinduoduo) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data processing.
- Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented and patient, with the ability to efficiently handle repetitive administrative tasks and ensure data accuracy.
- Education & Background: A college diploma or above in E-commerce or Marketing is required; 0–1 year of relevant experience, especially in beauty category e-commerce, is strongly preferred.
