About the Job
As the Douyin Channel Lead, you will own the end-to-end business results on the platform:
- Full-Channel Ownership: Drive GMV growth and P&L management for the entire Douyin ecosystem.
- Content & Growth: Oversee content marketing strategies and paid traffic injection (投流) to maximize ROI.
- Livestreaming Excellence: Lead both Self-Livestreaming (Brand Studio) and Influencer (KOL) collaborations to ensure consistent brand voice and sales conversion.
- Strategic Roadmap: Craft the long-term roadmap for the Personal Care category on social commerce platforms.
Skills and Experience Required
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in FMCG or Beauty sectors.
- Platform Expertise: Proven track record in Douyin ecosystem management; experience from Global MNCs, ByteDance/Douyin platform, or leading domestic beauty brands is highly preferred.
- Leadership: Strong people management skills with experience leading teams of 5+.
- Language: Professional fluency in Mandarin and English.
