• Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Reduce workplace accidents by promoting safety awareness and training.
7. Supply Chain & Inventory Management
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely supply of raw materials.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
8. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
• Report factory performance metrics to management.
• Liaise with different departments (engineering, sales, finance) to align production with business objectives.
Job requirements:
1. Bsc. degree or above, major in automation and engineering, with over 10 years of experience in manufacturing and over 5 years
of experience in management positions.
2. Familiar with supply chain management, with rich experience in production management, cost control, quality management,
procurement management, and logistics management.
3. Having a profound professional background and rich practical experience in enterprise production management.
4. Strong team management and communication skills, able to effectively lead the team to complete production tasks
