工作职责:

1. 负责全品类工业设计语言的整体规划与制定, 并将其转化成各事业部具体NPI项目的设计解决方案, 包含: 设计趋势洞察, 产品设计创新, 色彩方案, 设计落地执行标准等; Be responsible for the overall planning and formulation of the industrial design language for all product categories, and translate it into design solutions for specific NPI projects in each business unit, including: design trend insights, product design innovation, color schemes, design implementation standards, etc.

任职要求:
Requirements:
1.国内外优质院校本科及以上学历,工业设计或产品设计等相关专业,10年以上工业设计经验,5年团队管理经验(管理幅度30-40人优先); Bachelor's degree or above from renowned educational institutions both in China and overseas, majoring in industrial design, product design or related fields. With more than 10 years of industrial design experience and 5 years of team management experience (preferred if the management scope is 30 - 40 people).
2. 拥有大型品牌家电/消费类电子等行业经验,获得过重要国际奖项,具备海内外知名品牌公司工业设计经验优先考虑; Possess experience within industries such as major branded home appliances and consumer electronics, and having won important international awards. Those with industrial design experience in well-known brand companies both in China and overseas will be given priority consideration.
3. 具备丰富的理论知识和高水平的设计能力,通过形态、材料、色彩、人机交互等维度的工业设计创新,提出新的设计理念和方案,共同构建TCL品牌高端美学的设计语言; Possess rich theoretical knowledge and a high - level of design capabilities.
