- Develop annual/quarterly/monthly operation plans for Amazon fashion business, set clear sales, profit and market share targets, and lead the team to achieve them.
- Build and manage the Amazon operation team, recruit and train talents, conduct performance evaluations, and improve team efficiency.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle of fashion items on Amazon, including selection, development, listing optimization (titles, descriptions, images) and ranking improvement.
- Formulate and execute in-site and off-site promotion strategies: optimize ads and participate in platform promotions; cooperate with social media and influencers for off-site marketing.
- Analyze sales, traffic and competitor data regularly to provide insights for strategy adjustment and decision-making.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to manage procurement, production and inventory, ensuring timely supply and reducing overstock risks.
- Handle customer reviews and feedback, resolve issues promptly, maintain brand reputation and improve customer loyalty.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor's degree or above. At least 5 years of Amazon operation experience, with 3+ years in fashion industry.
- Proficiency in Amazon rules, algorithms and ranking mechanisms; excellent skills in in-site promotion and ad optimization to improve ROI.
- Skilled in using data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, etc.); good English reading and writing skills (CET-6 or above preferred).
