We are seeking a visionary and commercially astute Head of Design to lead the creative direction and product development of our womenswear collections. The ideal candidate will possess forward-thinking fashion insight, strong merchandising capabilities, and extensive team management experience. With a well-established design aesthetic, you will balance creativity with commercial needs to enhance our brand's competitiveness in the womenswear market.
主要职责
1. 设计战略与创意方向/Design Strategy & Creative Direction
主导品牌女装年度设计策略,制定季节主题、色彩体系、面料方向及设计语言,确保与品牌DNA一致。
- Define the brand's annual design strategy for womenswear, establishing seasonal themes, color palettes, fabric directions, and design language aligned with brand DNA.
领导全品类设计(包括成衣、礼服、针织、牛仔等),从概念到成品,确保设计兼具创新性与实穿性。
Lead full-category design (including ready-to-wear, dresses, knitwear, denim, etc.) from concept to final product, ensuring innovation and wearability.
监督样衣开发与版型优化,把控设计细节与工艺品质。
Oversee prototyping and fit adjustments, maintaining high standards in design details and craftsmanship.
2. 商品企划与产品管理/Merchandising & Product Management
与商品团队合作,制定季节性产品架构(核心款/趋势款/形象款),优化SKU规划与定价策略。
Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop seasonal product architectures (core/trend/statement pieces), optimizing SKU planning and pricing strategies.
分析销售数据、市场趋势及消费者行为,调整设计方向以提高产品转化率。
Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to refine design directions and improve product performance.
参与成本控制与利润优化,确保设计在预算内实现最大化商业价值。
Participate in cost control and margin optimization, ensuring designs deliver maximum commercial value within budget.
3. 面料开发与供应链协作/Fabric Development & Supply Chain Collaboration
建立高端面料供应商资源库,主导特殊材质(如可持续面料、功能性针织、奢华丝绸等)的开发与应用。
Build and maintain a network of premium fabric suppliers, driving the development and application of special materials (e.g., sustainable fabrics, technical knits, luxury silks).
推动环保设计实践(如再生纤维、零浪费剪裁),提升品牌可持续形象。
Champion eco-conscious design practices (e.g., recycled fibers, zero-waste cutting) to elevate the brand's sustainability profile.
4. 团队管理与跨部门协作/Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
管理设计团队(包括设计师、版师、样衣工),提升团队创意效率与执行力。
Manage the design team (including designers, pattern makers, and sample technicians), fostering creativity and efficiency.
协同营销、视觉与零售团队,打造连贯的品牌视觉叙事与终端陈列方案。
Partner with marketing, visual merchandising, and retail teams to create cohesive brand storytelling and in-store displays.
代表设计部门参与高层战略会议,为品牌长期发展提供创意支持。
Represent the design department in executive strategy meetings, providing creative input for long-term brand growth.
任职要求/Qualifications & Experience
10年以上女装设计经验,其中5年以上管理岗位经验,有国际品牌或轻奢/高端女装背景优先。
10+ years of womenswear design experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role; experience with international or premium/luxury brands preferred.
成熟的设计方法论,作品集需展示完整的女装系列开发能力(需提交作品集)。
Strong design philosophy with a portfolio demonstrating full-collection development capabilities (portfolio submission required).
精通服装工艺、版型与面料知识,熟悉全球优质供应链资源。
Expertise in garment construction, fit, and fabric knowledge, with access to global premium suppliers.
出色的商业敏感度,能通过设计驱动销售增长。
Exceptional business acumen, with a track record of driving sales through design.
对时尚趋势、消费者心理与数字化设计工具(如CLO 3D)有深刻理解。
Deep understanding of fashion trends, consumer psychology, and digital design tools (e.g., CLO 3D).
中英文流利者优先。可接受外籍。
Fluency in English and Chinese preferred. Foreign candidates are welcome.
