About the job.
- Take responsibility for developing and refining the company's marketing strategy in close cooperation with the General Manager.
- Execute and constantly challenge marketing campaigns and individual marketing projects.
- Act as a team leader, managing marketing agencies and marketing vendors across China.
- Oversee traditional media planning and buying (e.g., TV/OTV).
- Lead digital media efforts (SEM/SEO) and drive content seeding in cooperation with KOLs across all relevant platforms.
- Manage social media channels (e.g., WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Xiaohongshu/RED) for both User-Generated Content (UGC) and brand-owned content.
- Ensure a clear understanding of KPI tracking for all marketing activities, maintaining a sales performance-oriented mindset.
- Leverage your performance marketing experience (e.g., ZTC) to drive results.
- Support Key Account Managers with new brand, product, and market launches.
- Coordinate with the German headquarters and other external teams on product packaging artworks and the creation of localized marketing assets.
- Communicate and collaborate with different internal and external teams at the HQ and with regional partners to garner support and resources.
- Promote the company's brands and elevate its corporate image within the Chinese market.

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
Proven working experience in a company's in-house marketing department or a marketing agency, backed by a strong background in content marketing.
A sufficient understanding of online customer segmentation and consumer needs.
Strong project management skills paired with a problem-solving, can-do attitude.
Strong analytical skills and numerical understanding.
A strong sense of responsibility and a deadline-oriented working style.
Sound communication skills for both internal and external stakeholder management.
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
