工作职责：
1、熟练使用电脑制作市调工作资料，跟进门店开店进度，为开店做好前期的准备。
2、对新点需做全面了解并记录（包括项目/新点的总建面，各层平面图、项目构成、楼层、功能分布、主出入口位置、主要动线、交通状况、预估营业额等）。
3、与业主及物业了解并落实房屋技术条件，包括：产权证明、电容量、排烟、上下水、环保、消防、专用停车位、门头广告位等，并会同工程人员予以确认。
4、熟悉合同条款，能与甲方进行谈判，进行必要的协调工作，直至完成签约。
5、熟悉开发流程，能够独立填写新址申报报告及财务报告，会做ROI、BREAKEVEN、相似店比较表，以此作为分析依据。
6、能够独立起草合同、协议书、备忘录等，对所谈项目资料进行归类、整理。
