Focus on key accounts within the lithium-ion battery and related equipment manufacturing sectors, executing business development (BD) and maintaining strong client relationships.
Identify and evaluate potential strategic cooperation opportunities, successfully introducing the company's mechanical components into new customers and new projects.
Manage annual sales forecasting, contract negotiation, and order execution for key accounts, ensuring the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate closely with internal technical, R&D, and production teams to provide customized solutions and professional services to clients.
Gather market intelligence and competitive analysis to develop and adjust sales strategies for the lithium-ion battery sector.

Bachelor's degree or above from a top-tier university (Tongzhao Yiben), preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
Demonstrate a strong BD (Business Development) drive and capability, with an active attitude towards developing new markets.
Possess excellent customer service awareness and communication skills; be young and energetic, adapting well to a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with mechanical component products; sales experience in the lithium-ion battery or new energy sector is a plus.
English speaking ability sufficient for daily business communication.
