- Drive business development (BD) and management of key accounts within the industrial sector, identifying opportunities in automotive automation to achieve sales targets.
- Formulate and execute strategic sales plans for major accounts to establish long-term partnerships and increase market share.
- Coordinate with internal technical and production teams to provide customized transmission system solutions, ensuring precise project execution from inquiry to delivery.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide regular market analysis reports, supporting the company’s expansion strategy.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including negotiations and contract fulfillment, while maintaining a 50% travel frequency to cover key regional markets.

- Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 5 years of experience in sales or KAM within the industrial automation or transmission components industry.
- Proven track record in business hunting and development, preferably with an established network in automotive automation or high-end manufacturing.
- Fluency in English (both oral and written) is mandatory for effective communication with foreign management and global teams.
- Strong commercial negotiation and cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to handle complex technical and commercial proposals.
- Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 50%), combined with a strong goal-oriented mindset, self-motivation, and resilience.
