Key Responsibilities
1. Drive deal sourcing across key technology sectors (hard tech, semiconductors, AI, advanced manufacturing, etc.). Build and maintain long-term partnerships with research institutes, top scientists, industry executives, tech entrepreneurs, and leading FAs to secure high-quality deal flow.
2. Lead end-to-end due diligence (commercial, technical deep-dive, financial, and legal), drafting rigorous investment committee (IC) memos. Design complex deal structures, negotiate valuation and key terms, and drive execution through successful closing.
3. Deliver forward-looking research and investment strategies in emerging tech fields. Manage and mentor junior team members (VPs, Associates, and Analysts), elevating the team's overall research depth and execution capabilities.
Requirements
1. Master's degree or above from a top-tier domestic or overseas university, preferably with a dual background in STEM (EE, Physics, CS, Microelectronics, Automation, Materials Science, etc.) and Finance/Business.
2. 10+ years of experience in top-tier PE/VC firms, renowned CVCs, or tech corporate development teams, with at least 5 years dedicated to tech investments. Proven and verifiable track record with 2–3 flagship deals led independently (with successful IPOs, M&As, or strong valuation markups).
3. Having government fund deal experience is a strong plus.
