- Lead regional or sectorial Business Development (BD) efforts to identify and acquire new prospective clients, establishing strong collaborative relationships.
- Thoroughly understand and promote the company's Process Package products, offering expert solution consultation and technical support to clients.
- Independently manage the sales pipeline, including market research, commercial negotiation, contract finalization, and project follow-up, ensuring the achievement of the annual sales targets.
- Closely monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing valuable insights for the company's product and market strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and recurring business opportunities.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering and Technology, Process Equipment and Control Engineering, or a relevant science/engineering field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally within the chemical process package or related high-tech product domain.

- Possesses fluent spoken and written English communication skills, capable of conducting independent international business interactions.
