• Responsible for guiding the formulation development of candidate LNP/mRNA drugs.

• Liaise with the QC & Analytical department to optimize and refine formulation processes, supporting process scale-up and CMC-related workflows.

• Collaborate with various project leads to propose and validate tailored LNP formulation solutions based on specific project needs (such as cancer vaccines or in vivo CAR therapies).

 

skills and experience required.

• PhD with over 8 years of experience in RNA delivery-related lipid nanoparticle (LNP) systems.

• Proven track record of leading or managing mRNA vaccine or in vivo CAR projects.

• Proficient in LNP preparation processes, including microfluidics, solvent injection, and lipid film hydration methods.
