You will directly report to the NKA Head, who grow with the company for many years. You will lead a team of 2 people and collaborate with peers focusing on O2O, Walmart, etc.

- Oversee the KA management and maintenance of the company's national key accounts, developing and executing sales strategies and annual plans to achieve sales targets.
- Gain a deep understanding of KA client needs, establishing and strengthening long-term strategic partnerships to enhance the company's brand influence and market share within KA channels.
- Responsible for business negotiations with KA clients, securing favorable cooperation terms and resources, including but not limited to sales volume, promotional activities, new product launches, and expense management.
- Closely monitor market dynamics and competitor activities, adjusting sales strategies promptly to ensure the company's product competitiveness.
- Lead and manage the team, providing professional guidance and support to enhance overall team sales capabilities.
- Regularly conduct sales data analysis, effectively evaluating and forecasting sales performance, and providing improvement suggestions based on data.

skills and experience required.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- At least 5 years of KA management experience, with independent KA client development and management capabilities and successful case studies.
- Possess rich KA negotiation experience, capable of independently completing negotiations and signing complex KA contracts.
- Must have experience managing RT-Mart, familiar with their operational model, procurement processes, and sales characteristics.
- Experience managing with Yonghui and Bailian Group is a strong plus.
- Candidates with a background in the snack food industry are preferred
- Intelligent and logically clear, with excellent analytical, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
- Data-sensitive, able to skillfully use data for analysis and decision-making, identifying sales opportunities.
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
