Reporting Line: You will report directly to the General Manager.
Direct Reports: You will lead a high-performing team including the Trade Marketing Manager, eCommerce Manager, KA Manager, and Distribution Partner (DP) Manager.
Collaboration: The role involves close cross-functional partnership with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and the On-Premise team

Strategic Planning: You are responsible for creating the Off Premise vision, developing multi-year business plans, and managing channel sales and profit plans.
Distribution Management: You will manage the Master Distribution Partner (DP) using S.T.D. principles (Set Priorities, Track Results, Drive Action) to ensure growth in distribution, execution, and volume.
Key Account (KA) Strategy: You will drive "Category Captaincy" with strategic retailers, leveraging shopper insights and data to grow market share.
Operational Excellence: You will oversee budget allocations, trade spending (ROI tracking), and volume forecasting to ensure alignment with company policies and financial targets.
skills and experience required.
Professional Background: 10+ years of sales experience in a multi-national company (Beverage or High-End Food preferred).
Leadership Experience: 2+ years as a National Off Premise leader or National KA Head.
Core Competencies: Deep expertise in Key Account management, DP management, and eCommerce management.
Strategic & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to develop commercially focused strategies and analyze customer data to derive actionable conclusions.
Negotiation & Communication: Successful front-line retail negotiation experience and excellent presentation skills.
Language & Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher. You must be a native Mandarin speaker with a very strong command of English (verbal and written).
Travel: Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
