About the Job
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of all mid-to-large-scale brand and product events, including brand-level initiatives like pop-ups and seasonal campaigns, as well as product launches and key flagship store activations.
- Manage and guide external agencies throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards, budget requirements, and strategic goals.
- Own the full event journey from initial concept and budgeting to on-site execution and post-event reporting, evaluating success based on qualitative and quantitative metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Skills and Experience Required
- A minimum of 5 years of dedicated event management experience, with a proven track record of independently managing single events with a budget of at least 5 million RMB (excluding athlete-related sporting events).
- Exceptional project management and agency leadership skills, with the ability to oversee annual event calendars and ensure seamless execution from planning to post-event performance reviews.
- Strong strategic thinking and storytelling capabilities, with a keen eye for brand alignment and the ability to create compelling event narratives that resonate with target audiences and elevate brand perception.
