Responsibilities:
1. Luxury Brand Strategy & Product Planning
Develop differentiated product strategies based on brand identity and high-end user needs, leading end-to-end product lifecycle planning (from concept to discontinuation).
Conduct in-depth analysis of luxury market trends and competitor dynamics, leveraging user profiling (e.g., HNWIs, VIP clients) to drive innovative product development, ensuring alignment with premium brand positioning.
2. Product Development & Supply Chain Collaboration
Lead the development process for luxury products (e.g., limited editions, collaborations, bespoke items), coordinating with design, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure superior quality in materials, craftsmanship, and packaging.
Manage supplier and artisan resources, ensuring end-to-end compliance with luxury brand standards (e.g., sustainability, artisanal heritage, exclusivity).
3. Retail Strategy & Customer Experience Optimization
Develop retail strategies tailored to luxury brands (e.g., flagship store merchandising, pop-up activations, private membership programs) to enhance conversion and loyalty.
Optimize product mix and pricing strategies through data analysis (e.g., VIP purchasing behavior, repeat rates), balancing exclusivity and commercial objectives.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Leadership
Partner with brand marketing, retail channels, and CRM teams to deliver a seamless luxury customer experience (e.g., concierge services, post-purchase engagement).
Lead the product planning team, establishing best practices for luxury product development and mentoring talent with both creative and business acumen.
Requirements:
1. Experience & Background
Bachelor’s degree or above, with 10+ years in product planning/management, including at least 5 years focused on high-end fashion brands.
Proven track record in luxury product development (e.g., hero SKUs, collections, co-branded projects), with expertise in luxury supply chains and retail channels (e.g., department stores, boutiques, DTC).
2. Core Competencies
Deep understanding of luxury brand aesthetics and business logic, balancing creativity with profitability.
Mastery of high-end consumer psychology and sharp trend foresight (e.g., via fashion weeks, industry reports).
Strong stakeholder management skills, collaborating effectively with designers, artisans, and suppliers.
3. Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with international luxury brands or overseas product development.
Familiarity with digital innovation in luxury (e.g., metaverse products, NFT collaborations).
Fluent English communication skills (for cross-border collaboration).
