- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven project management experience, preferably within the B2B equipment, commercial appliance, or related technical solutions industry.
- Demonstrable experience managing projects successfully within the Chinese market.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall) and proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).)
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken) for effective communication with international teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
