- Manage Beijing store operations, refine operation systems, analyze sales data, and ensure achievement of regional sales targets.
- Develop refined client management systems, focus on high-value clients, and improve customer loyalty and repurchase rate.
- Supervise daily store operations, team management, inventory control and VM standards to maintain premium brand image.
- Lead team recruitment, training and development, and cooperate with other departments to implement marketing activities.

- Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of retail management experience in multinational companies.
