- Lead and manage the B2B food solution business unit, driving sales growth and market share expansion.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base in the consumer industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including key accounts (Food service/ QSR/Chain restaurants) and emerging market segments.
- Optimize the supply chain for the B2B business, focusing on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, marketing, and operations to ensure product relevance and market competitiveness.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and achievement.

- 5+ years of solid business development and management experience, ideally within the B2B food solution service or consumer goods industry.
- Demonstrated experience in "zero to one" business development and building new ventures from the ground up.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale key accounts and achieving significant sales growth, particularly in Food Service/QSR/Chain restaurants.
- In-depth understanding of supply chain management and experience in optimizing supply chain efficiency and costs.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify market trends, customer needs, and develop tailored product offerings.
- Experience in developing and implementing private label solutions or launching new product lines.
- Excellent team leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills.Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field.
