- 5+ years of sales experience in the automotive component industry (experience with passenger or commercial vehicle safety parts is a plus).
- Proven track record in successful key account management, particularly in engaging with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) clients.
- Fluent spoken English is required for effective business communication with European/American headquarters and international customers.
- Familiarity with automotive project development processes (APQP, PPAP, etc.) and strong commercial negotiation skills.
- Excellent self-motivation and resilience to handle pressure, capable of thriving in an independent working environment.
