Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategy: Develop sales strategy and sales plan in line with the company’s strategic objectives to ensure the team completes performance metrics.
- Business Development: proactively lead team explore new market opportunities with establishing new and profitable business model, especially in NEV area.
- Team Management: Form and cultivate an effective sales team, set assessment standards, and motivate team members to actively engage in work.
- Customer relationship Maintenance: Establishes and maintains good relationships with important customers, understands customer needs, provides customized solutions, and improves customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis and competitor Research: Analyzes market dynamics and studies competitors' products, prices, and sales strategies, providing the basis for the company to formulate a targeted sales strategy
- Contract negotiation and signing: Participate in business negotiations with important customers, sign sales contracts, and ensure that the terms of the contract are in the company's interest.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above preferred in Business, Marketing or related degree desired.
- Minimum five years of experience in sales management and extensive experience in sales team formation and management, preferably in automotive industry.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent skills in persuasion and negotiation.
- Good knowledge of automobile systems and automotive industry.
- Self-motivated and good initiative and ability to work independently.
- Ability to understand financial information and analyze financial aspects of a deal.
