Develop and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for China-manufactured products across high-potential international markets (SE Asia, Middle East, Oceania, etc.).
Spearhead both B2B (Industrial/Foodservice) and B2C (Retail/OEM) business streams, building robust global distributor networks and key account partnerships.
Lead the overseas sales team to achieve annual revenue targets while optimizing export processes and ensuring international trade compliance.
Collaborate with R&D and Supply Chain to drive product localization and innovation based on deep-dive overseas market insights.
skills and experience required.
8+ years of sales experience in the F&B industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role; background in fruit preparations, baking ingredients, or FMCG additives is highly preferred.
Proven track record in international market development, with successful experience in building overseas channels or managing complex distributor systems from scratch.
Professional proficiency in English (working language); exceptional cross-cultural negotiation skills and business acumen are essential.
Strong analytical capability to navigate the dual logic of B2B industrial penetration and B2C retail distribution.
Bachelor’s degree or above; willing to travel internationally and possessed of a high degree of self-motivation and resilience.
