Role: Key Account Manager – Foodservice (East & North China)
Location: Shanghai, Huangpu
Market Expansion & "Hunter" Ownership: Drive business development and market penetration across East and North China by directly capturing and negotiating with tier-1 chain terminals (Western QSR, High-End Chinese Catering, and Institutional Catering).
Value-Added Innovation: Move beyond price competition by deploying a strategic Value-Added Services (VAS) approach—introducing tailored menu solutions, culinary insights, and kitchen efficiency optimizations to clients.
Commercial P&L Management: Manage and optimize the regional distributor network while retaining hands-on ownership of self-sourced terminals, balancing sales forecasting, budgeting, and revenue growth.

Professional Background: 6–10 years of solid foodservice sales and key account management experience within the food, beverage, or premium ingredient industry.
Proven Channel Track Record: Demonstrated success in listing products into major Western QSR chains, casual dining, top-tier Chinese restaurant groups, or contract catering segments.
Strategic "Hunter" Mindset: Highly proficient in managing distributor networks while maintaining an aggressive, self-driven approach to secure terminal end-users independently.
Commercial & Analytical Acumen: Strong logical and data analytical skills with financial/budgetary discipline; a business-related degree is highly preferred.
