- Lead and execute the commercial expansion strategy for the company's full product portfolio—encompassing precision liquid handling systems, sample management equipment, bioprocess solutions, and premium laboratory consumables.
- Identify high-potential growth segments within target verticals such as Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT), Biologics, High-Throughput Screening, and top-tier research platforms.
Key Account & Ecosystem Partnerships
- Target, secure, and cultivate strategic long-term relationships with key accounts (KAs), major CRO/CDMO platforms, and academic research hubs.
- Lead high-value commercial negotiations, key tenders, and multi-year framework agreements to deepen portfolio penetration.
Cross-Portfolio Solution Selling
- Champion an integrated solution-selling approach by aligning diverse product lines to deliver customized end-to-end laboratory workflows for complex enterprise clients.
- Drive cross-selling and up-selling initiatives in collaboration with regional sales and technical application teams.
Market Intelligence & Strategy Execution
- Monitor macro-level industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to provide actionable insights for commercial strategy and portfolio positioning.
- Partner with global and regional marketing teams to design and execute targeted commercial campaigns for emerging technologies.

Education & Academic Background
- Academic Credentials: Bachelor’s degree or above in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacology, or related fields.
Professional Track Record
- Industry Experience: 5+ years of successful Business Development, Key Account Management, or Commercial Strategy experience within the life science tools, laboratory equipment, or analytical instrumentation industries.
- Portfolio Expertise: Proven track record of managing multi-product lines or complex enterprise solution sales; experience engaging C-level stakeholders, procurement heads, and principal investigators.

- Commercial Acumen: Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to identify market gaps, structure complex deals, and drive end-to-end commercial execution.
