[Introduction] As a Capital Markets Associate within our leading International Law Firm, you will join an elite global platform to execute high-profile Hong Kong IPOs and cross-border listings, providing premier legal advice and transaction management to major corporate issuers and underwriters.

-Project Execution & Drafting: Lead or provide key support in conducting thorough legal due diligence, drafting and verifying prospectuses, and preparing all necessary HKEX/SFC listing application documents.
-Regulatory Liaison & Compliance: Manage communications and draft strategic responses to enquiries from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the SFC, ensuring the entire listing process strictly complies with HKEX Listing Rules and the Companies Ordinance.
-Transaction Management: Coordinate seamlessly with clients, underwriters, financial advisors, and cross-border internal teams to manage transaction timelines efficiently from kick-off to closing.
-Research & Advisory: Perform in-depth legal research on complex corporate and securities regulations, delivering actionable legal analysis to senior team members and clients.
[Qualifications]
-Education: LL.B. or J.D. degree from a top-tier law school. An LL.M. from a prestigious overseas university is highly preferred.
-Experience: 1 to 6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) specializing in corporate and capital markets law within a leading international or top-tier domestic law firm.
-Core Competencies: Exceptional legal drafting and communication skills in both English and Chinese; strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
-Stability & Integrity: High professional ethics, proactive attitude, and the resilience to thrive under tight deal deadlines in a high-intensity environment.
