工作职责：1、熟练使用电脑制作市调工作资料，跟进门店开店进度，为开店做好前期的准备。2、对新点需做全面了解并记录（包括项目/新点的总建面，各层平面图、项目构成、楼层、功能分布、主出入口位置、主要动线、交通状况、预估营业额等）。3、与业主及物业了解并落实房屋技术条件，包括：产权证明、电容量、排烟、上下水、环保、消防、专用停车位、门头广告位等，并会同工程人员予以确认。4、熟悉合同条款，能与甲方进行谈判，进行必要的协调工作，直至完成签约。5、熟悉开发流程，能够独立填写新址申报报告及财务报告，会做ROI、BREAKEVEN、相似店比较表，以此作为分析依据。6、能够独立起草合同、协议书、备忘录等，对所谈项目资料进行归类、整理。7、配合开发总监，与业主沟通减租及提前关店事宜，并独立完成减租和关店流程。 任职要求：1、大专以上2、5年以上连锁企业门店开发工作经验3、餐饮行业优先4、对财务、法务知识有一定的了解；谈判沟通能力较强，熟练使用各种办公软件；带过团队优先
