1.根据公司整体营销方案，负责制定所辖区域的券商渠道销售计划和营销方案，并具体贯彻落实；2.负责开拓和维护所辖区域的券商代销渠道，确保销售目标的实现；3. 对所辖区域的券商渠道各类营销推广活动进行支持、负责券商渠道的日常培训工作，提供专业化服务；4.配合公司进行市场拓展及品牌建设工作，保持公司良好形象。

岗位职责：审核公司各项业务的合规性，并出具合规意见，确保各项业务符合监管机构要求审核公司对外签订的合同，协议或其他需用印的法律文件对行业法律法规和监管案例、监管要求进行跟踪、研究和解读，为业务部门提供合规方面的专业建议公司内控合规事务的管理协助完成其他法律合规相关工作职位要求：硕士及以上学历，法律专业；具备扎实的法律基础知识，通过国家司法考试；3年以上金融机构相关工作经验，具有公募基金法律合规工作经验者优先。
