- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial vehicle exterior and bathroom building materials sectors
- Execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve revenue targets
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders and decision-makers
- Coordinate with the Suzhou manufacturing team to ensure product delivery meets client specifications and quality standards

- Proven track record in business development or sales within the injection molding or materials industry
- Strong network and market knowledge in commercial vehicle or building material sectors
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a strong hunter mindset
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor without team management responsibilities
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin to operate effectively in a multinational corporate environment
