【职责描述】

•Work with various departments (Retail, Business Development, HR, etc.) to prepare the IP package (New Door, Lease Renewal, Relocation, Closure, Renovation).
•Prepare the IP meeting material for management team (GM & CFO) review.
•Submit IP package to group finance team for their review and approval, follow up the questions from them.
• IP tracking files update, send the tracking file to relevant stakeholder.
•Store roll out update.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.

• Accounting or Finance Major preferred
• A fast learner and team player
• Good English and communication skills
• Sufficient skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Availability to work minimum 3 days per week, available duration more than 3 months
