- This role focuses on the end-to-end management of brand offline events, leading the entire lifecycle from creative planning and venue setup to on-site execution and post-event review for brand pop-ups, community sports parties, and new product launches.
- It requires expertly coordinating vendor resources to strictly control event budgets while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
- The position involves close collaboration with social media teams to drive secondary content promotion, effectively expanding the brand's offline influence into the digital space.
Skills and Experience Required
- Event Project Management: Proven track record in managing end-to-end offline events, from creative conceptualization, vendor negotiation, and budget control to on-site execution and post-event review, ensuring high-quality delivery on schedule.
- Community Operations & Resource Integration: Deep understanding of outdoor sports culture with the ability to mobilize KOLs, athletes, and community leaders. Skilled in enhancing user stickiness and brand loyalty through engaging activities.
- Content Sensitivity & Communication Mindset: Possesses an "Event as Content" marketing mindset. Capable of embedding viral elements during the event design phase in collaboration with social media teams and ensuring on-site visual output aligns with the premium brand tone.
