- Rather than training large foundation models, you will focus on designing, building and operating production-grade AI systems. This includes conversational agents, workflow automation, retrieval systems, evaluation pipelines, and lightweight machine learning models that improve our products.
- You will work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver AI capabilities that are reliable, observable, cost-effective and secure.

skills and experience required.
- Experience shipping production AI applications.
- Experience building agentic systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Mastra, or similar.
- Strong Python development experience.
- Experience integrating multiple LLM providers and managing prompts, structured outputs and tool calling.
- Experience designing RAG systems using vector databases and hybrid search.
- Familiarity with modern embedding models and reranking techniques.
- Experience building evaluation and testing pipelines for LLM applications.
- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals including testing, monitoring, CI/CD and API design.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Build robust systems rather than impressive demos.
- Care about latency, reliability and cost.
- Think in terms of workflows, tools and automation instead of just prompts.
- Understand that AI products require observability, evaluation and continuous improvement.
- Can pragmatically combine LLMs with traditional software engineering and classical machine learning when appropriate.
