Responsibilities:

7. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform long-term business strategy and product positioning.
8. Manage departmental budgets and provide regular reports on sales performance and market forecasts to executive leadership.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience specifically within the automotive parts industry.
3. Proven track record of success and established networks with New Energy Vehicle (NEV) OEMs.
4. At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role with a successful history of managing and developing sales teams.
5. Full professional fluency in English and Mandarin, with the ability to lead international business meetings.
6. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, capable of influencing senior-level stakeholders.
7. Deep understanding of automotive procurement processes, industry standards, and supply chain dynamics.
8. Strong analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving and business growth.
