- Manage and lead the pre-sales technical support engineering team.
- Oversee the installation, deployment, and debugging of AI sensors at customer sites.
- Support the sales department with technical expertise to win and grow business orders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions meet client needs.
- Develop standard operating procedures for field installations and technical trials.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, Electronics, or Computer Science.
- Significant experience in managing technical teams, ideally within the AI or sensor industry.
- Strong hands-on technical skills in hardware installation and software debugging.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and commercial teams.
- Fluent in English and comfortable working in a multinational environment.
