About the Job
- Strategic Account Ownership: Manage, nurture, and grow high-value, long-term B2B relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within major food service channels.
- Commercial Leadership: Lead critical contract negotiations, design strategic pricing models, and oversee commercial agreements to maximize profitability.
- Business Development: Identify and capture fresh market opportunities, developing and executing comprehensive annual account plans aligned with corporate strategies.
- Financial Management: Take ownership of budgets, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities for assigned accounts, while proactively monitoring credit risks and ensuring timely collections.
- Market Execution: Monitor competitor activity and market trends to tailor product offerings, successfully launching promotions and in-market activities in collaboration with marketing and category teams.
Skills and Experience Required
- Educational Background: Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Management, or Finance.
- Industry Expertise: Preferably 10+ years of robust experience in Food Service or B2B business development, with a proven track record in key account management and contract negotiation.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Food Service channel for the Meat industry, alongside familiarity with food industry processors, co-packer systems, and procurement processes.
- Technical & Analytical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office suites.
- Communication & Linguistics: Excellent communication skills in English; additional fluency in Mandarin and/or Portuguese is highly advantageous for regional and global collaboration.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong capability in sales process planning, execution, budget management, and cross-functional project management.
