About the Job
Position: Key Account Manager (On-premise Channel)
Location: Shanghai
Reporting to: Regional Sales Director
Core Purpose: You will lead the commercial expansion of our premium draft portfolio, identifying, securing, and managing high-potential key account venues across Shanghai.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain rock-solid, long-term relationships with premium on-trade venues to drive sustainable volume growth and impeccable brand execution.
Uphold the highest standards of draft pour quality, strategic premium pricing, prominent brand visibility, and creative in-venue activations.
Partner closely with distributors and internal supply chain teams to ensure smooth product listings, seamless logistics, and precise performance tracking.
Analyze market trends, track competitor movements, and proactively capture new growth opportunities in Shanghai’s dynamic draft beer scene.
Skills and Experience Required
Educational Background: College degree (or equivalent) and above.
Industry Experience: 6+ years of proven commercial sales experience within the FMCG sector.
Experience in the craft beer industry or high-end On-Trade (HoReCa) channels is highly preferred.
Strong sales experience in premium beverages/water is also highly welcomed (pure modern trade/supermarket experience is not applicable for this role).
Language & Culture: Fluent in both English and Chinese. We warmly welcome either English-fluent Chinese nationals or Chinese-fluent foreign nationals.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, sharp commercial acumen, and the ability to negotiate with premium venue owners.
An entrepreneurial mindset: highly self-motivated, capable of working independently, and resilient under pressure.
